Aishwarya is a professional accountant who is charged with ensuring the stability of ELE healthcare’s finances. She has experience of over 10 years in Accounting and Finance within the services and the fast moving consumer goods industry in India and Singapore. She has been a champion of adopting best accounting practices by utilizing the most effective financial software and tools to improve team productivity.

She is a Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) and has a Bachelors in statistics from the University of Pune, India. She oversees all financial activities, reporting on revenue, budgeting, managing risk, implementing policies, and ensuring compliance.

Aishwarya is happily married to Christopher Almeida with one son and a girl. She migrated to Singapore in early 2002 and later, to Canada in 2015. She loves playing board games like chess and monopoly.
