Sandra oversees all aspects of the human resources function, and her primary goal is to align talent with the Agency’s core objective, values, vision and mission. She holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from McGill University‘s School of continuing studies, Montreal Canada.

Sandra brings on board a wealth of experience having worked as a Human Resource practitioner in several different industries from retail chain stores, fast foods and hospitality industry for over 15 years. This senior role gives her the opportunity to use empathy, good judgment, and exceptional communication skills to implement policies and practices that benefit the employer, the employees and subsequently, our clients.

She is a single mother with two sons, Daniel and Danstan. She loves the water, swimming, rafting and participates in local canoeing and kayaking competitions.
